This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the rapid97 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rapid97 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are advised not to continue using this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rapid97 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The rapid97 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on rapid97. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information at registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated. rapid97 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the rapid97 support team immediately.
- Passwords must be at least eight characters long.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of public devices after every session.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added protection.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Rapid97 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activities.
- Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the platform's systems or servers.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform or its services.
- Using the platform on behalf of another individual without their knowledge and consent.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the games or the stability of the system.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated winnings, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information MYR
All financial transactions on the rapid97 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not derived from unlawful activities.
Rapid97 supports a wide range of local deposit and withdrawal methods, including bank transfers via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and e-wallets such as Boost. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the user's name. rapid97 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times range from instant to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.
Rapid97 reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms until an investigation has been completed.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Rapid97 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions from time to time beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, rapid97 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes or service disruptions.
All content on the rapid97 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and interface designs — is the property of rapid97 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any such content without prior written permission.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. rapid97 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from your use of such third-party sites.
6. Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Rapid97 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons: suspected fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud, any balance or winnings held in that account may be forfeited.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the rapid97 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of identity verification, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
Rapid97 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
